About Me:

I began my career in technology as a Phone Repair Specialist at uBreakiFix, where I developed a strong foundation in hardware diagnostics, device repair, and customer service. I then joined Creative Tech, a managed service provider (MSP), as a Hardware Specialist and Field Technician, expanding my skills across networking, system deployment, and on-site client support.

Building on that experience, I transitioned into Internal IT roles for two large organizations, where I provided comprehensive helpdesk and end-user support, managed AV systems, and delivered executive-level technical assistance. I also contributed to cybersecurity initiatives, including endpoint protection and user access management.

With hands-on experience across multiple facets of IT — from hardware and infrastructure to user support and security — I bring a well-rounded, adaptable approach to solving technical challenges and improving IT operations.

The BHIT Story

Belmont Heights IT began in 2016 with a simple mission: to help local businesses modernize their technology and operate more efficiently. Our journey started when a neighborhood company needed help updating their office IT setup. What began as a one-time project quickly grew into an ongoing partnership and sparked the creation of BHIT.

Since then, we’ve expanded our reach and expertise, serving a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to individual homeowners. Today, BHIT provides end-to-end IT solutions, including computer repair, networking, website support, cybersecurity, audiovisual systems, and home security installations.

Despite our growth, we’ve kept our local, personal touch. Every project we take on whether it’s troubleshooting a home network or managing IT for a multi-office business is guided by the same principles that started it all: reliability, trust, and a commitment to helping people get the most out of their technology.
